Three colleagues looking at a laptop screen together

The problem

Website enquiries are often half a question.

No volume, no format, no timeline, and no way to tell a serious buyer from a student project. Someone writes back three times before you know whether there is anything there.

The solution

Zora asks the questions first.

Zora interviews every visitor who opens the chat: product, volume, certificates, timeline. What reaches you is a lead report with a fit score, not a one line email.

  • Screened before they reach you Zora asks what you would ask, and writes each lead up.
  • Your leads stay yours They never enter the marketplace or a competitor's ranking.
  • Less time on the wrong ones Read the report, decide in one click.

The interview

Zora asks what you would ask.

Six to nine short exchanges, one question per message, in a fixed order.

  1. What they want made

    Zora

You mentioned iced tea. Which format are you after: the 330ml sleek can, or the 250ml slim?

    The visitor

330ml sleek. The recipe is finished.

    Why Zora asks this one

Zora is given your profile before it says a word, so it asks about the formats you actually run. A format you do not make comes up in the conversation, not in the third email.

  2. Volume and timing

    Zora

What volume are you planning for the first order, and when would you want the first delivery?

    The visitor

80,000 cans to start, first delivery within four months.

    Why Zora asks this one

Their volume against your capacity and your minimum order, their date against your lead time. These two answers move the fit score more than any other.

  3. Who they are

    Zora

Before we go further, who am I speaking to, and for which company?

    The visitor

    Tom Bakker, PureLeaf Drinks

    Why Zora asks this one

Asked in the middle, once the request has substance, and never as the closing question. A visitor who stops right here has still left you a reachable lead with real content in it.

Two more questions Zora asks

  1. Hard requirements

    Zora

Which certificates does this need to carry?

    The visitor

    ISO 22000 and SKAL organic.

    Why Zora asks this one

Certificates, destination countries and dealbreakers are the answers that turn a promising lead into a no. Better on screen now than after two calls.

  2. Budget signal

    Zora

Do you have a target price per can, or a budget for the first order?

    The visitor

Around EUR 0.40 a can, not fixed yet.

    Why Zora asks this one

One ask, never pushed. If they would rather not say, Zora records it as an open item and moves on to the next question.

Three rules Zora keeps

  • It reads your profile first What you make, your certificates, your capacity, your minimum order and your dealbreakers are in front of Zora during the whole conversation. Every question is framed around them.
  • It raises a mismatch, gently If they need glass and you do not run glass lines, Zora says so, asks whether cans or PET would work, and records both the answer and the conflict. It does not end the conversation for you.
  • It never speaks for you No prices, no delivery promises, nothing your profile does not say. Zora collects the request. Selling is still your job.

One product, two forms

A chat button, or the form inside your page.

The same Zora, the same questions, the same report. Pick one, or run both.

The widget

A round button in the corner of every page, on your colours.

The difference between them

It opens a menu with two entries: start a request, or ask a question about your company. You decide whether the second one is there.

The form in your page

The same conversation where your request a quote form sits today.

The difference between them

It opens straight in the request: no start screen, no question tab. Full width on a desktop page, the chat alone in a narrow column.

What comes back

A report, not a thread to reconstruct.

Every answer is stored as a field, scored against your profile and written up. Nobody reads a chat back to work out what was said.

The same lead, the same answer

Each report is kept on record exactly as Zora wrote it, with the moment it was made, so the same lead cannot quietly get a different answer next month.

Make it yours

Your colours, your logo, your rules.

One hex value, your logo, your corners. The preview updates as you change it.

Edit it in ZoraMatch, or inside WordPress. Whatever you save shows up on the other side.

Two places to change it, one widget

In ZoraMatch

Company settings, then Website widget. Pick your path at the top, a snippet for any site or the WordPress plugin, and the controls below are the same widget either way.

In WordPress

Settings, then ZoraMatch Widget. Paste your widget key once to connect. Add the connect key as well and the same appearance controls appear inside WordPress, with their own live preview, so your site stays the one place you change how it looks.

  • Accent colour, corners, theme One hex value, a corner setting and light, dark or whichever the visitor's own device asks for.
  • Your logo in the chat header Switch it on and your logo sits beside Zora at the top of the conversation.
  • The question tab, on or off Next to Start your request, visitors can get Ask a question, where Zora answers from your public profile only. It never uses a screening and never creates a lead. Switch it off and the chat opens straight into the request.
  • Which websites may use it Only the websites on your list may load your widget. Anywhere else your key is refused, so nobody else can spend your screenings with it.

Install

Two ways on, both short.

Whichever you pick, the leads land in the same inbox.

WordPress

Three steps, no code.

The plugin does the wiring, and ZoraMatch flips to Connected the moment your site checks in.

The steps, one by one
  1. Download the plugin From Company settings, Website widget, WordPress. In WordPress: Plugins, Add New, Upload Plugin.
  2. Upload and activate Choose the zip you just downloaded, Install Now, then Activate Plugin.
  3. Connect your key Settings, ZoraMatch Widget, paste your widget key, Save and connect. The plugin updates itself from then on.

For the form inside a page, the plugin adds a block: search the editor for the ZoraMatch request form and choose full or compact.

Any other site

One line, or one frame.

Two snippets, one per form, each carrying your own key.

The steps, one by one
The button, on every page
<script src="https://app.zoramatch.com/widget/v1/widget.js"
        data-key="zmw_your_key" async defer></script>

Anywhere before the closing body tag.

The form, inside one page
<iframe src="https://app.zoramatch.com/embed/screen/your-company?variant=full"
        data-zoramatch-screening title="Screening"
        style="width:100%;border:0;display:block;height:720px;min-height:520px"
        loading="lazy"></iframe>
<script src="https://app.zoramatch.com/embed/v1/embed.js" async defer></script>

Where your request a quote form sits today. The second line keeps the frame the height of the conversation.

Your own widget key stands in for the placeholder when you create the account.
