The problem

The buyer who wants what you make cannot find you.

Buyers search for weeks through outdated directories, so good suppliers stay invisible. And the enquiries that do reach your site are half a question: no volume, no format, no timeline.

The solution

Zora screens them before they reach you.

Leads reach you through our network and through Zora on your own website, and each one arrives as a report scored against your profile. You spend your time on the buyers who fit.

Zora, mid interview

You mentioned 80,000 cans. Which format, the 330ml sleek or the 250ml slim? They have different minimum orders.

The question you would have asked on the third email. Zora asks it in the first minute, and the answer is in the lead before you open it.

The life of one lead

One lead, from first message to delivery.

Every lead follows the same six steps, whichever way it came in.

Before your first lead

One conversation with Zora, and your profile is built.

A real intake, not a page of filters. Every lead is scored against it.

What Zora asks you

Zora interviews you about what you make, your capacity, your certificates and your minimum order, and builds your profile from your answers.

Buyers who describe a request to Zora see your profile when it fits.

How the widget works

Either way it lands in your inbox, scored against your profile.

Read the report

Who they are, what they need, how it fits.

The report also names what to watch out for, and you can download it as a PDF to share it inside your company.

Accept or decline

One click, and a shared workspace opens with the buyer.

Decline and you move on, without writing a reply.

Chat and negotiate

Talk it through in the workspace, beside a live order draft.

Zora keeps the draft in step with the chat as terms change, both sides accept it term by term, and every version is kept.

Payment

The terms are in the draft you both accepted, and the buyer pays through ZoraMatch against them.

The order total is held until the delivery you agreed is confirmed, so you start work knowing the money is there and the buyer pays knowing the goods are coming.

Delivery

The date and the incoterms are in the agreed draft, and the shipment is tracked against them.

Both sides follow the order from pick up to delivered in the same place they agreed it, and confirming arrival releases the payment.

The line we do not cross

Leads from your own website stay yours.

A lead that came through Zora on your site belongs to you and to nobody else. Not in the marketplace, not in a competitor's shortlist.

How that is enforced

  • Two locks, not one The rule lives in the database and in the application, and it is checked again on every read. Both have to agree before a row is handed over.
  • Every lead knows where it came from A lead is stamped with its source when it is created, and that stamp never changes afterwards.
  • Your inbox, one list Network requests and your own website leads sit in the same inbox and read the same way. Only their origin differs.
