For suppliers Marketplace

Be found by buyers who are searching.

A buyer describes what they want made. Zora turns it into requirements - sector, certificates, capacity, minimum order, region, timing - runs them against every reviewed profile we hold, and ranks what fits. When yours does, you are on the shortlist with the reason written beside you.

The problem

Buyers cannot find the right supplier quickly.

Outdated directories, websites that do not say what a factory actually makes, cold emails that go unanswered. Good suppliers stay invisible, even when they are exactly what the buyer needs.

4 months is what it took our own founders to find one producer

The solution

We built the place where those buyers look.

A buyer describes the request to Zora in plain language, and Zora shortlists the profiles that fit. Searching buyers see you there, with the reason you fit.

What being listed means

One profile, read by the buyers who are already looking.

You run the intake once. There is no profile page to maintain and no marketing copy to write.

What a buyer sees on it

Zora turns your answers into the page a buyer reads and into the fields the matching runs on.

A facility gallery sits on the profile too: your own photos of the line, the hall and the product.

Your prices are not on it. Pricing is shared once a buyer starts a request with you.

The three steps, and the review before them

  1. 01 Tell Zora about your company One intake conversation: what you make, your capacity, your certificates and your minimum order.
  2. 02 Zora builds your profile Your answers become a profile and a report a buyer can read, without you writing a page of marketing copy.
  3. 03 Requests are matched to your profile When a buyer's request fits, you are on the shortlist, with the reason for the match written next to it.
Approved before you are listed

Every new supplier account is reviewed by our team before it goes live. Until it is approved, the widget, your screening link and marketplace matching stay locked. That review is what keeps the list worth searching.

How a buyer reaches you

A brief, matched against real profiles, with the reason written down.

Three passes run before anyone sees a supplier name: the facts, then the words, then the reading. The buyer gets a ranked list and a reason for each name on it, never a score out of a black box.

The hard pass

Filters

Sector, certificates, country, your capacity against their volume, your minimum order against their order. Whoever cannot do the job is out on the facts, before any AI reads a word.

The reading pass

Full text

What survives is ranked on the words: your description and your product portfolio against their brief. Exact terms stay exact, so ISO 22000 and 330ml sleek can mean what they say.

The ranking pass

AI ranking

Zora reads the remaining profiles beside the brief, ranks them, writes one reason per supplier and names the concerns it sees. The buyer gets the reason, not a black box.

If the ranking pass cannot run, the buyer is told so and still sees the suppliers who meet their hard requirements. The order is never quietly invented.

  • Ranking cannot be bought A place on a shortlist is earned on fit. There is no paid position and no advertising slot.

What arrives

A request with the brief already written.

A match becomes a request only when the buyer sends it, and from the lead page it is one of three answers.

And what you get with it

It lands in the same inbox as the leads from your own website, with their brief, the fit score against your profile and the screening report behind it.

And after you accept

The workspace is the chat and a live order draft side by side.

How the draft keeps up

Zora keeps the draft in step with the conversation, both sides accept it term by term, and every version is kept.

Where this stands

It is early, and we would rather say so.

ZoraMatch is new. The list of approved suppliers is being built now, and we promise no volume and no request. What we can say is that a profile approved today is in the pool for every search after it.

What happens after a lead comes in

Reading the report, accepting or declining, negotiating, payment and delivery are the same for every lead, whichever way it arrived.
